Lol someone up dere was saying op should check her kidneys. If u have any kidney issue u wilfind it much difficult to pass out water nau and u will also look bloated. One typical feature of kidney disease. Ur constant urination could be due to the amount of fluid u take. Are u an excessive alcohol drinker? Most ppl who drink alcohol frequently tend to pass out water very often. I suggest u go to d hospital or any health center to check ur sugar level.

Go and meet a doctor carry out a test simple. You won't find the answer online. Last last na money will still spend.

Your urine has to be screened though, just any antibiotic might not work. Take your urine test result to an healthplus pharmacy or a hospital to get an accurate prescription.

Do a urine culture could be a UTI (urinary tract infection)

Good Morning,

Having the urge to urinate often can be a habit formed over the long period of time you have engaged in it. Above all there could still be a little problem of a UTI( Urinary Tract Infection). Since i cannot ask you all the detailed questions, i would like to know if you feel pain in the right side of your waist? Do you have painful urination or vaginal irritation? If No to Painful urination, then it's not a UTI, but if yes to an irritation, then antibiotics has to be introduced. I will suggest Cirpoxoflacin. If No to the pain on the right side, then that kills my suspicions of kidney stones. At times like this, i will advice the regular intake of water, reduce salty and sugary diets say no to all forms of liquids (coke,fanta, malt and the rest, wine maybe few times) but water should be your top priority. As for foods, processed foods(chips,fries etc) do not go near give your body about 8 month of self recovery. Lastly i will suggest Tamusolin. It will ease your frequent urination.

Except your a virgin, then you can rule out STD because some of this STDs are asymptomatic i.e they can live for months to years (depending on your immune system) in the system without manifesting. Since u said u do have vaginal irritation, then you can't totally rule it out.
Get tested for STD
Get tested for PID
Get tested for UTI
Get tested for Diabetes
Get tested for ovarian cysyts

the test I mentioned, if they all come out negative (which I doubt because of the vaginal irritation; it might be STD or PID or UTI, there are good antibiotics that will cure it, but act fast cause this diseases affect fertility), then it might just be anxiety. Anxiety also causes frequent urination. Take it off your mind, stop forcing the urine per hour, stop being the time keeper, forget about urine sef. It will go slowly but surely.

Old Note, the amount of water u take per day determines how u pee. If u drink a lot of water then expect to pee often. It doesn't happen to u at night which means it might not be something too serious.

Ask ursef this questions, does ur urine smell? Do you have lower abdominal pain? Do you have a painful or burning urination? loss of bladder control? blood in the urine? Nausea? Does ur urine leak?

If you answer No to the above questions, then are you over weight? Because it can also be d cause, a terminology known as Overactive Bladder (OAB).

But if you answer yes to more than one of those questions, please see a gynaecologist expert (specialist in the female reproductive system) or an Urologist expert (specialist in the genitourinay system) in a federal or state hospital not Private please. Even if u answer no, please try and see them to satisfy all curiosity.

For the vaginal irritation get a clotrimazole cream; YTACAN from a good pharmacy to avoid buying fake.

Do you drink alot of water, if yes maybe you need to cut down abit on it, although good but if it makes you pee alot maybe u need to reduce it, another thing is too much salt intake.

If you dont do any of these, then the problem might need you to see a physician. It could be a urinary tract infection or something of sort.

After reading this now i feel like peeing...

Please my dear sister go and see a professional gynaecologist. If you dont have frequent sex and you dont share toilets and wear dirty undies. Forget antibiotics, most antibiotics dont clear the bacterias completely and they resurface after some days. So go see a doctor. Abuse on antibiotics will complicate ur kidney.

is the quantity little or much? are u unable to hold urine at certain times? as someone suggested, uti or diabetes, or even renal disease might be the problem. Also, if a mass is pressing on the bladder (e.g. uterine fibroids), it may also be a cause.

Diabetes /toilet disease

It’s most likely urge incontinence due to an overactive bladder.

It is not an infection, because you have had it for so long & it hasn’t worsened.

Infections will also most likely have other symptoms.

See an O&G consultant or Nephrologist.

There are numerous causes of frequent urination ranging from physiologic to pathologic, basically in ur case after u have ruled out diabetes,the next major thing is for u to do a urine microscopy,culture and sensitivity ,a urinalysis,serum electrolyte urea and creatinine and an abdominopelvic scan..so as to rule out any complications at the level of ur kidneys,ureters,bladder and urethra and to basically exclude a urinary tract infection..then u can go for appropriate antibiotics based on the above investigation result or better seek a specialist review

You need to see an urologist asap. I experienced such thing some years back but its frequency is like once every 3 hours. I was put on some medicine and feel better now. I don't know if there would be qualified urologist in Nigeria like USA. You may also consult a kidney doctor. Having run some tests on you with medication if there is no improvement, you may want to go spiritual.
