Have you ever heared Buhari address people in fulfulde？Buhari is Hausa/Fulani so he can speak either of them. Unless Nigeria changed its official language from English to Fulfulde, it is not compulsory for Buhari to speak Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa/Fulani.
