Kenya is not on your level - ID cards are a protocol that countries adopt as they grow and become civilized. If you don't have ID cards in Nigeria then you need to civilize.

Upper hills chamber and One Africa place don't have spire to catapult the heights like these two buildings. They are below 100m.

See snapshot below. The last Skyscrapper is upper hills chamber. It was suppose to be 28 floors but ended up with 21 floors. Is it true? Yes or No?
