I saw some folks castigating THE REVENANT, like damn!..... one of my best movies of 2018??...i was just SMH

I pretty understand where they are coming from, I was also bored and almost dozed off few minutes into it,couldn't finish it the first day, I even swore to curse the ass of whoever that recommend it if I eventually find it uninteresting .....but the second day after finished seeing the movie...it didn't only made my day, I immediately went on Leo DiCaprio's movie spree..... Mehn! that shii was so intriguing.

After that I downloaded two of Leo's works

SHUTTER ISLAND

THE WOLF OF WALL STREET

And all I can say is that guy is a real genius!.... he's got acting prowess

The Revenant 8/10

Shutter Island 9.5/10

The Wolf Of Wall Street 7/10

Just finished watching IDENTITY

it's a 6/10 for me

Someone said SHUTTER ISLAND is no where near IDENTITY.... all I did was LOL

Well, everyone is entitled to their opinions but that doesn't mean someone should spit garbs like that.... I guessed he should be talking about a Nollywood (probably ABA-MADE)remake of SHUTTER ISLAND not the Hollywood original .. pretty sure about that

To be very honest, IDENTITY for me wasn't as intriguing as SHUTTER ISLAND.... though it messed with my mind but the ending is a No-Brainer compared to SHUTTER ISLAND

Genre :Crime, Horror, Mystery

This movie gives you lots of shocks , unexpected jumps, scares & surprises. It combines psychological hints & terror together thus, what you get is an excellent thought provoking thriller.

If you want a horror/ thriller/ action flick that keeps you guessing till the very end, then I suggest you see this movie.

It is an okay, "feel-good" movie with a heavy message.

Yes, I know that my rating is high. But I have to give it such a high rating because the directors/writers had the balls and wisdom to put such a deep message in a children's movie.

After watching several shiity movies this past week, its nice to breathe again with a work of art like this movie.

If you enjoyed seeing Phantom thread, then you will like Colette, i think Oscar will recognize this movie.
