Try Uninstalling every plugin and installing them one after the other to know which one of them is giving you headache

if it is possible u send d file maybe it could be rectified

meanwhile u can try to edit that line to $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] and see what happens

check your theme/template used, if you can trace the line of code fine but if you are not just try another theme, most likely you are using a free theme and if paid for contact them.
