Or get him to start with the U-23.
Why and on what basis, some one who has left England U21 played over a 100 games in the Championship.

Is that not blatant double standard and an insult.

Wow! Rohr must cap tie him immediately!. Do you think it's easy to be close to a debut for a team in England? In England!. In Almighty England!. He doesn't even need to make his debut before we call him, his English passport and British accent alone is enough proof that he is better than those bunch of local-bred carpenters in the SE.

Rohr must not let go of this great talent. Though I've never watched him, I know he is a great talent because......c'mon, HE'S BRITISH!. And we all know England only produces phenomenal players!. The SE needs him!. We can't afford to let another Foreign born player slip beyond our grasp!.

I repeat, call him now or.....

grin grin.
The issue is not about call up but exceptional young talent and ability.

Irrespective of league or club it's extremely rare to find a 15 year old teenager playing first team football.

I remember Jordan Ibe was one of the few and immediately there was a number of clubs chasing him. Liverpool offered the best package for him and his family. And paid Wycombe Wanderers £1million for him. The rest as they say is history.

I have never seen him play so l can't really say much.

Young Nigerian striker Femi Seriki is inching closer to making his debut for EFL League Two club Bury.

The 2003-born player was named in The Shakers 18-man squad for their EFL Trophy clash against Mansfield Town but was not utilized off the bench.

Seriki was temporarily promoted to Bury's first team for the fixture at Field Mill after a string of fine displays for the U18 team, for whom he has scored five goals in eight appearances.

The 15-year-old is among Bury U18s top assists providers having teed up seven goals so far this season.

He would have worn the number 42 kit if he had featured as a substitute against Mansfield Town on December 4.

Nigerian defender Emeka Obi is the youngest player to debut for Bury in the EFL Trophy, against Morecambe aged 15 years and 86 days.
I remember this boy because a lot of EPL clubs were after him. I think they were all hoodwinked. He was extremely tall and strong for his age and was literally destroying boys 3/4 years older.

Liverpool rushed in and bought him paid a few hundred thousand £ he arrived at the club. To date he has never played for the Liverpool U18. He is now at Wigan Athletic U18.

He was also born in Lagos.

I don't need to say anymore you can fill in the gaps.

Boss,dt one no mean o,vicmo almost look indispensable during antonio conte era,Infact after hazard and kante,MOSES was next to be a sure starter in d line up

But when sarriball came in,what happened to Vicmo

D coach might decide to play another different pattern from what dey use to av,wc might make his usefulness little or of no need,. I believe its only two player we av presently irregardless of d formation u want to adapt even a 9-1-0 tactics (messi or cronaldo must play in ur team) .my opinion though. cool cool
First of all Victor Moses killed himself when he said he didn't want to play at fullback. As far a Samu, it is not about him being the best on the team but being a priced possession. The only thing that can stop Chukwueze from getting poached come January is the boy wanting to stay at the club and that won't happen with him sitting on the bench after tasting a bit of success. The secret is already out and any mistake by them he could walk.

Villarreal sacks coach, hope this doesn't limits Chukwueze's chances.
It will not restrict his chances I think AT ALL.

However, they are in the relegation zone and this is a sign of panic and sometimes it works but other times it can cause further instability.

Chukwueze apart from being a talented player for them, he is also s prized asset that they will want to sell for maximum profit.

But they need to keep creating the framework for him to play and stand out. Sometimes when you are in the relegation zone you sacrifice good football for survival by any means possible.

And as for tbaba question,so many can replace nacho,..d likes of success, osimhen, odey, and all oda potential players we have whom av not been given a good game time can replace him cool
If you are a forward player particularly a striker you can't omit the requirement to score goals.

That's the basis for your call up.

If you are not scoring in your club and league then you really don't justify a call up.

The new coach would have been told that he is their prized possession. There is no way that that would happen to him. Villarreal are already trying to offer a new contract that will up his buyout clause from 30M
That would be disastrous.

If l waa him he shouldn't sign a new contract until end of the season. Things can change in football for better or worse.

If he plays well, improves with consistency he will get another La Liga club. However, if he a unproven player with a huge transfer tag of €30 million. He will be stuck in Villareal and if they get relegated that will make matters worse.

Well,I can't really get ur message, but what am trying to say is,prized asset or not,a new change of manager in a team can affect any player chances in a starting line up aside dis two(MESSI AND C.RONALDO),like what boss icon4s said,he has to convince d new coach,if he doesn't convince d new coach y he shld start ahead of his competitors in his role, his game time would b limited,he hasn't reached d playing level where he doesnt have to convince d new coach b4 cementing his place.

Anoda example is nacho, despite holding a fearsome record as d best player in europe in terms of goals per minute ratio on d pitch at city, what happened afterwards when guardiola came in?,his playing time reduced, later sterling was used as a false 9 leading to total romance on d bench, afterwards, G.Jesus was bought,wc nailed his final chance at city and was later sold.Ordinarily, with such record he held b4 guardiola came in,everybody tot he would be more clinical and ruthless in front of goal due to guardiola playing style, but as times goes on,we found out dt,he couldn't fit into d coach style cool

19 year old Nigerian midfielder Kingsley Michael was for the fourth time in 12 games for Perugia voted as Man of the Match as they battle to a precious away point against Lecce in the Serie B.

Second placed Lecce came into the fixture needing a win to close the gap on league leaders Palermo but failed to break down a very resilient Perugia side who had their Nigerian midfielder Michael in full flight.

He dominated the midfield duels and nullified most of their threats from the midfield and in the end picked up his fourth man of the match accolades in addition to the ones he picked for his performance against Cozenza, Padova and Crotone.

Already talks are on about a possible recall by his loan club Bologna in January as the club are currently stuck in the drop zone in 18th position on the 20 team Serie A table with just 11 points from 15 games played so far.

Michael spent the summer with the main team during pre season and he was heavily tipped for a spot in the team during the league proper but he was later loaned out just before the start of the season.

I didn't say he would accept but you know good and well that the main reason to offer a new contract especially prior to the existing one running out is wave away interest. If there was no interest from clubs to meet the clause then I doubt they would be offering another contract less than a year after he signed one.

Villarreal and man city are not mates na. City could afford any player in the world so that is alot different from Villarreal who are a selling club.

I agree with you bro,Nacho is no more confident like before. Each striker has its own playing techniques, some are hustlers (Sanchez) while some depends on how the ball flows around them (Auba). Nacho belongs to the latter category, imagine a trio of Kalu, simon and Iwobi behind him. With chances coming in from left and right,I think he might play better. I don't think leceister city suits him ,he should try out other league.

Wonderful post.

You see, coaches' choice of players do differ. Rohr has seen Ezenw in the national colors to keep inviting him to the national team irrespective of the fact that he is not first choice at Enyimba. To me Ezenwa is the most reliable back up goalie since after the exit of Ejide and Ayenugba.

Look at all the WCQ qualifying games he kept goal and the SA game. People often say he was lucky not to be much exposed. But I once pointed out that goal keeping is not only about making saves, being able to organize your defense is also a factor which is where I rated Dele Ajiboye poorly. Notice that Ezenwa hardly makes saves in games but that is not so for Ajiboye who virtually stands on the goal line and be making saves and conceding in the process.

If u think Ezenwa didn't face strong oppositions u need to go back and recall that he kept goal in the Cameroon double header, against Zambia in Uyo and against Algeria in Blida. And again against SA in Johannesburg. He didn't concede more than 1 goal in all the games and kept 2 clean sheets. The 2 goals he conceded in the WCQ were from penalties. For now Ezenwa will still remain Rohr's trusted backup goalie.

Go and say that to Rabui Ibrahim and how Sporting destroyed his career.

Go and say that to Kortney House, at Wolves.

Some of these deals are not necessarily interest but bad belle so you can't leave if they break thier promises on playing time and or opportunity.

Luckily Dominic Iorfa didnt agree to a contract extension by Wolves so in 6 months time he is a free agent.

Clubs can not always be trusted particularly when management changes.
