India is no better than Nigeria or Africa. You guys have just been privileged to enjoy a united democracy (courtesy of western colonialists). Unlike Africa where wars and political boundaries have hindered us.

Any uncivilized stone age forest dwelling and animal blood drinking East African you see is a Kenyan.

Any beautiful or handsome well behaved, friendly East African you see with a melodious voice is either Tanzanian or Rwandan, but check the forehead, if it's protruded, it's Rwandan.

Any one who fits into neither categories is Ugandan.

Lagos is different from Lagos state. That you should know now.

There are many cities in Lagos state and Ikeja happened to be the capital. It is a planned city on its own.

EAC is a planned city on its own and still part of Lagos state.

Victoria Island, Lagos Island and Ikoyi are what is known as Lagos. They are planned too. Yaba and Surulere are also part of Lagos.

Lekki is a planned city on its own and it's is still part of Lagos state.

There are other places like Badagry, Ikorodu and Epe. These are cities in Lagos state. They stand on their own.
