komekn:Call it whatever you want. Mikel, Osaze, Akpeyi, Ekong all played for the U-23 team even though they were established players in their teams. |

junnyjake:Double plus double X double standard by you. At what stage in thier careers where they invited to play U23. You use the term established players very generously to the point of deception. And the example of Ekong is desperate you scraping the bottom of a burned pot of jollof, too make a point without any substance. Ekong was playing in the backwaters of Norway on loan from Gent were he couldn't get games. Ekong was established but only in the SE. When Mikel, Osaze were established players who had already played first for SE at this stage you are deliberately being misleading. Dominic has been an established players for over 4 seasons. A player who opted to play in Championship rejecting multiple offers from EPL sides. In the name of loyalty to Wolves. Dominic Iorfa is in a unique situation that has nothing to do with football but everything to do with the money politics of football and agent manipulation by Mendes. |

junnyjake:Not even an assist in a champions league game. I think Rohr wants him to leave the Turkish league for one of Europe's top 5 league. If Rohr were to consider players in Turkey, Emem Eduok should be called up ahead of Onyekuru . Onyekuru has played up to 10 champions league games, how many more does he need to secure a work permit to play in England? |

edi287:Both of them are just very very poor in that aspect. Against Libya both legs Uzoho was just hoofing balls away, hardly completed a single pass, then against SA Ezenwa just kept on kicking everything that came his way either out of touch or straight to one of the South African CBs. For me both are not even close to national team materials, not by any stretch of the imagination if we are being honest I mean Courtois does not in anyway have better reflexes than Navas or even Cillisen but he is starting for Madrid, I remember when we had our VC's cup and we had to take a young goalkeeper from our 400level, dude's reflexes were so good and I can bet all my money that his reflexes are better than most of the keepers we have in the world today, but his distribution and control of his back line was poor, these are the things that distinguish good GKs from top GKs. Like I said, both of the keepers are very very poor and if we have any opportunity we should consider improving the options we have. |

edi287:Ahmed Musa? Let me just direct you to go back and watch that 2-2 draw against SA during Keshi's tenure, dude was missing open goals. Ahmed Musa is not even remotely clinical(but in the context of the Super Eagles he may get a mention, I mean who is he contesting against? Isaac Success with one EPL goal in a dozen games? Or Iheanacho who can't even score in the Efl again, probably waiting for when they will face Fleetwood and Peterborough again so he can score) and I would genuinely pick Ighalo and Mikel as better finishers. |

isan:They did so last season too but only two made it to the quarterfinal. Tottenham will pick up either Juventus or PSG and that will be that for them while Liverpool will probably get Real Madrid or Bayern and that's also that for them. I am not sure I need to tell anybody that Manchester United only managed to delay their flight home, as a Barca fan I hope we get them ahead of Lyon and even Schalke 04 |
