Assuming current price is at 1.2374, and you want to position for sellstop you place it at 1.2350

That's the worst way to begin your forex journey even for experienced trade, save and start with what you can afford to lose.

It's from your end, FF calendar is running fine. Zoom out and zoom in on your browser maybe that will help.

But i'm not good enough on the contest front (FXTM) , I could only do 41% since last week, and the contest end this week. Wasn't fully committed as my live account takes priority.

Doing 20, 25 or 30% is a lot, incase you guys don't realize that just yet.

you might end up getting scammed if you keep looking for mentor. there are lots if video tutorial courses out there. take your time to learn because forex trading is not s get rich quick scheme.

Yesterday's news came out bullish for GBP and I expect today to be bullish for gbp pairs.

^^^ you want to buy cable for long trend? I don't say it's not possible, but as it is now, you better know how to do hit and run because anything can happen at anytime. Market makers take sl at will and they won't announce it coming. They just spike in a moment and you are suck. Lesser time frame with lesser sl and tp should be your best bet in this period. Be guided.

I couldn't agree less with you, any buying is dangerous and you have to be very smart about it. Taking it one day at a time.
