Mickael2:You are joking if you think this current Liverpool team will fall to Bayern or Madrid.... Maybe in their own backyard but certainly not at anfield.. Barca fans always picking on EPL teams at the slightest opportunity... Maybe u folks should appeal to join the EPL if the Catalonia dream is achieved. |

Mickael2:Ahmed Musa is a good finisher. Watch highlights of his goals and compare it to say Ighalo and you'll see the difference. |

Mickael2:Yeah they both don't fill me with confidence tbh. But Uzoho did look like he had good distribution and footwork. I remember someone said it's because he played as an outfield player before he got converted to a goalie. |

edi287:Rather, it should be "Ahmed Musa is now a good finisher" The Musa of Pre Rohr era was very wasteful.. He only had two things in abundance: pace and skills.. His final ball product and finishing were very bad...Imagine those days when Musa and Ideye started ..Missing goals everywhere... But right now,he has really mature... He now knows how to use his skills well.. I think Rohr decision to keep him on the bench in the beginning helped him improve cus he was too comfortable under Keshi,Siasia and Oliseh Maybe Iheanacho needs that kind of treatment too.. |

Danielnino00:Nah I'm talking about Musa at Cska. His pace and finishing are the only thing I've always felt he had. It's just not consistent |

andrew444:Name players I've dissed on this thread. You want to compare an aged established star who's experiencing a downturn of form to a boy we're expecting to be a world best. I don't lower the bar for nobody. |

Mickael2:that was as at then four years ago for that matter presently Ahmed musa is one of our best finishers |

EEGA:Onyekuru needs to up his game against the best teams with organised defense in Europe. Rohr doesn't fancy him, and we saw how he refused to help his case in the double-legged game against Libya. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by andrew444(m): 12:00pm On Dec 12, 2018 |
junnyjake:Give the boy time he is 21 years old Are you expecting him to score more than the World established star ? As if galatasaray is a team who can even make it to the next round or a player in their team can score more than 3 goals . Iheanacho got 3 champions league goals at city despite less playing minutes does that make him not to be criticized? Even if onyekuru got 10 champions league goals you guys will still look for another excuse. |

komekn:Double standards because I refuse to view things with your lenses. Iorfa is not above the the U-23 level. And the example of Ekong is desperate you scraping the bottom of a burned pot of jollof, too make a point without any substance. Ekong was playing in the backwaters of Norway on loan from Gent were he couldn't get games. Ekong was established but only in the SE.Ekong was the captain of his team there. And your attempt at humor this time was successful, gotta hand it to you. If Iorfa can't start with the U-23s because of the pride you wear on his behalf, then he's gon lose out. When Mikel, Osaze were established players who had already played first for SE at this stage you are deliberately being misleading.Well, since, he played for the English junior teams, he'd have to debut for the senior team before he can play for the Olympic team. That happens only if the coach needs him. Dominic has been an established players for over 4 seasons. A player who opted to play in Championship rejecting multiple offers from EPL sides. In the name of loyalty to Wolves.I'm not emotionally attached to any players, so I could care less about anything other than their not playing or not playing well. |

andrew444:Yes, I expect him to do the exact same thing, if he wants to be best. Onyekuru is special, so I won't expect less from him. Let him score the 10 goals and see what excuse i'd bring. |

isan:Lol all Epl made the round of 16 just like last season when 5 Epl team made the round of 16 and none of them end of winning it ? Even if 10 Epl made the round of 16 that should not be a news,Epl are always there to complete the numbers . |

Mickael2:It's a really bad situation bro. Calls for very urgent attention. Rohr needs to up his scouting game with regards to GK's. I don't think getting a GK with fairly accurate ball clearance should be such a big ask in a footballing nation such as Nigeria. Let Rohr swallow his pride and comb the NPFL...even the NNL for a GK. Uzoho is poorer than we think, believe me. He is only benefiting from a decent back line. Go rewatch the Libya away game. Dude is a disaster waiting to happen. That said, I'd pick Ezenwa ahead of him. At least Ezenwa's clearances are better. Lesser evil.... |
