Worked on my weight. I gained weight from previous pregnancies. I walked for 30 minutes everyday and used a jumping rope once in a while. Ate fruits or drank home made smoothies for breakfast.

I Took bitterkeaf juice for scanty period. I Took it from cd1 to ovulation day.

Spiritual aspect :

I prayedddd like never before ( vigil, midnight prayers, and I always go to a quiet church close to my office to pray during lunch hour)

Wrote the names of my children and called them forth. Bought baby clothes.

There was a time my mom said she cooked for children in her church.

I didn't have issues getting pregnant, I only had issues passing 6 to 7 weeks. So when I tested positive, I took progesterone supplements. I gradually stopped taking the vitex and vitamin e because I read it's not good to stop at once, You have to wean yourself. I avoided stress.

There is nothing wrong with you. I am also scared of TVS. The sonographer should have calmed you down.

What I do is to free my muscles, if you are tensed, your muscles will be tight.

Next time you could apply a lubricant before going, or quickly bd with hubby because TVS is more accurate than abdominal scan.

Try turmeric, garlic and ginger combo. Soak it in water for at least 3days. Then drink it from the beginning of your cycle(1cup in the morning and 1at night for at least 5days) and stop when you are almost in your fertile period. Infection also dealt with me to. When I took it I had a lot of yellowish discharge and I browsed about it. It's was the infection coming out. I got a BFP after doing this. Try it it might work for you.

like the garlic for example, do you peel and cut it into small bits?. what of the ginger?..you used tumeric powder abi?
what quantities did you use of each?.

Still wait o b4 inducing anything o. You might have been blessed. Maybe you ovulated later than you thought. I have experienced such . The cramping might be implantation cramps. Test using early morning urine gotten after at least 6 six hours of uninterrupted sleep.

I thought it was meant to show positive only once. Well just continue baby dancing, after all the weather is cold.

Not everyone will have ovulation symptoms, so it does not matter if you don't have any.

Please don't induce anything. What if you are pregnant? You could do a blood test. HCG didn't show in my urine on time even after positive blood test. Allow your body do what it wants to do on its own.

Good morning mamas, I have a 28 days circle but sometimes it comes on the 26th or 27th but I usually ovulate on cd10 ( I see the slippery stuff) but of late I became confused and decided to track my ovulation, yesterday was my cd10 and I tracked it but it shows negative but in the evening I still see the slippery stuff. Pls does that mean that the ovulation test strip did not detect that I am going to ovulate? Pls I am just confused.

The slippery stuff is the cervical mucus and it usually comes days to your ovulation day. You can start bedding now. Wishing you baby dust.

They're not all positive. Watch them closely. Only when the test line is darker than the control line do we say it's positive.

It's not like pregnancy test stick that even when the line is faint it becomes positive.

Ovulation test line must be darker for it to mean positive.

Then remember it doesn't mean you're ovulating but that you're likely to ovulate within the next 36hours after the surge.

Pls If you have not bought Vitex try and get it!

Vitex is the best thing that can happen to your hormones right now.. I noticed that @Mamatuoyo also used Vitex likewise myself. It regulates your hormones. I was having serious hormonal imbalance, high prolactin, milky discharge from nipple and low progesterone. But Vitex helped balance it. And I had never used it all these years before now.
If you know you have some of these symptoms plssss go and get Vitex.

And for the mamas who have very large and multiple fibroids pls try and take them out this new year.. Also, incase you are free to go to an orphanae this season, pls do. Take whatever you can along and use it as a point of contact for your own bundles of Joy. I also noticed @Mamatuoyo and I both did that. Just my 2cents pls..
