By the way am not posting this for you to come and start pouring anger at me OP, just saying you guys should consider making your shipping charges cheaper. The major reason people do importation is to buy goods cheap. After paying shipping fees that are hefty the whole purpose of importing becomes defeated.

When I chatted Eunice about it on whatsapp she told me the goods would get to Nigeria next year and i explained that the goods are actually meant for the Christmas celebration that she should cancel the order let me get a refund. I chatted you up and even called you to explain and you said i should send my account details which i did. At a point you refused picking my calls. All Eunice kept saying was she was gonna get back to me which usually doesn't. All I want is the refund of my money.

if Eunice was the one that attended to you, contact her and provide her her with your account details to confirm your payment and issue you refund since you cancel the order... If a customer service assistant is assigned to you you work with him for record purposes, not coming to another person, so please kindly contact Eunice, she will approved your refund and you will be refunded

Maybe you are not listening, your customer agent collected my details three days back without any feedback what so ever from her. I do all the calls all the time. I called you up because she was of no help at all. I sent her my details and yet nothing like a feed back. Like i said all i need is a refund.

I remember chatting tugrow up when I still thought his logistics company had some intergrity left, in less than 5 minutes i got responce through his whatsapp. But as yawa don gas now for tugrow to refund me now he is refering to a customer agent who does not give any feed back. She the customer agent on the other hand will tell you her oga has been busy. 3000 is small but until you refund my money i will keep calling you out on any platform i can find. Fraud.

Hello Mr, get this to your brain, no shipping company is bad, but nigerian lacks understanding the same NBC you say it ok with you, let me show a little screen shot of some others opinion about them, this does not make them a bad company or or an angel, bro no one can satisfy everybody at same time, , life is all about understanding, one thing I know is that we are doing our best, it you don't understand us, try alternative, the truth is number of our satisfy clients may not be here to give feedback about us except we ask them to give us feedback, the you will always remember to give feedback if deal goes wrong, we are not angel but we try our best to do our best if our best is not ok with you, you check other options .. in in one simple sentence everyone has its own right to opinion your opinion and view might not be same with others
