Gerard Butler really portrayed the character to perfection, He was truly the right cast for that particular role.

I kept wondering what really went wrong with that movie, the fight scenes & choreography were on point, its plot was in fact 100% original, considering the fact that it was loosely based on a famous Japanese tale, yet the box office returns from Japan alone was tearful. The movie never made a break-even talk more of making profit.
