Please help, my friend bought a Redmi Note 5a prime on jumia and since then, he has never enjoy the phone for a sec! It's always network issues. To make and received call na war, not to talk of browsing. He has use every sim(4G) on it. Then I told him, 'it's probably the phone is not meant to be use in Nigeria'
Please what can be done to it?

I have a hypothetical stupid question... What happened if per say mr Zion living in eboyin state.. Orders for an iPhone XS Max.. And it gets to Lagos and during d process of rerouting the phone to eboyin .. D post office bus or van gets robbed.. Everything on it stolen..

Will dey pay for damages..

Is d item lost for good...

if package is not insured, it's lost na.
The fleet company may have some level of insurance but even that may not cover 100% of the phone value.

It's like shipping a car from US to Nigeria, most times premium insurance is already applied to transportation cost(inland and onboard) in case something happens; & most times nothing happens that's why insurance companies declare profits in the gallons every year wink

...yeah but what if something actually happens? cheesy

I don foresee am already. I thought I would get it before 20. If I make that mistake of travelling few days to Christmas, I go regret the journey.
