Garba made that comment in response to the Atiku spokeman that said Apc's delay in choosing ministers put the Nation in recession.
We all know the recession had been fowarned by Pdp's minister.

Garba explained that the Pdp govt did not allow the ministeries to work with Apc's incoming govt and Buhari said he is now going to give pofolio without knowing the status of all the ministries .
Is that not the same thing we're all saying? See how stupid you sound trying to justify Buhari and his useless government!

Imagine implying that the ministries of a sitting government should work with the opposition party! Can there be two governments at the same time? Can two parties govern at the same time? If you're not mad explain what you mean by that nonsense!

In spite of all that, so Buhari needed SIX MONTHS to appoint ministers? ? ?

This APC people no dey shame oh. Na swear them swear for them so, make them continue to dey blunder and expose their incompetence.

I mean it, most of them don't know when they make such statements. No man, no matter how naive and in his right senses will keep on blaming his predecessor for a whole three years and counting, for his inability to deliver some positive changes with all the resources available to him.

I learnt a great lesson too from this government; Don't be quick to roll out drums criticising the next person negatively, instead, give a supportive advice. Peradventure you find yourself in that position one day and you can't perform better, you will be judged with your own words. This is exactly what is happening to APC, and their resorting to blame games.

Shameful and pity as we await the next chapter of blame games.

Garba said Gej govt never carried Buhari along in the transitory process. Apc only became aware of happening in govt after pdp handed over. And the president said he needed time to study the true status of ministries .
it took some states more than 7 months to appoint commissioners.
So that has little or nothing to do with recession
