this is 101% wrong. Every scholar I've asked the scholarship about said they received the reimbursement. It's for everyone that wrote the exam

besides new applicants wrote their exams like two months ago while we wrote the exam around April in 2017 so I guess old awardee will be paid first

But remember those verification emails they sent in November. We got paid a month after. And these guys got the email in November as well. Sha they should just pay us���

last year they requested our account details before making payment, they are yet to do that this time, or are they going to use the last years details?
