I have come to the very sad conclusions that, majority of Nigerian citizens are worse than their leaders. Maybe not so worse, but a true reflection of our leaders.

When our leaders do evil, that even satan (the condemned one) often try hard to compete with, we justify the evil and even commend it.

What that means is that, if given the opportunity, majority of us will do the same or worse.

If given the chance, majority of us will create greater poverty in this country than we currently experience as the poverty capital of the world.

If given the opportunity, we would act with greater impunity and tyranny. We will kill as much people as we desire and bring as much hardship on our people.

If in the position of slight advantage, we will oppress the weak, downgrade the poor and deny everyone of what is rightfully theirs.

This is the reality we have been shying away from over the years. We do not want to believe that we are all part of the problem, but indeed, we are a reflection of our problems.

Why are we like this?

So much religion and so much evil
So much prayers and so much hate
So much spirituality and so much inhumanity

This is the story of Nigeria and it is sad.

I saw the video of soldiers, in the Presidential Guard with machine gun, shooting a war machine sporadically like drunken men on a mission to hell fire.

They are not in a war front. They are not confronting a dangerous enemy threatening their own survival.

They are shooting at protesting members of shiite community in Abuja Nigeria.

According to the Newyork Times, it has never been heard or seen anywhere in the world, where such weapons are used against a civilian population or to break a protest.

Nigeria just broke another record.

We are in a country against humanity. We have a government against humanity.

But even we the citizens are not any different, we are a citizen against humanity.

What can I say. What can I add to this. The country is a reflection of its leaders. The leaders are a reflection of its people. Failed people begets a failed nation and Nigeria is seriously letting a lot of us down. That's why we keep on saying these things. We need to come together to discuss how we live in relation with one another and to agree the standards for our humanity. We have very few things in common. The truth is that presently you can barely find two Nigerians that can agree on what it means to be Nigerian. How we have existed to this point is one big, false miracle.

God will punish Buhari, and anything remotely, overtly or covertly associated with him,how can a man be this dastardly wicked.

Men,women and even innocent kids were shot directly at close range and the demon at aso rock was happy cos he survives on blood

It pricks my heart when I see Nigerians justifying the killing just because of stones and sticks, and among them are those that pray five times daily, who will prefer to block the road to offer prayer than to miss any of the five daily slots and those that never miss a single service in a week and willing to even give 20% as a tithe. In Nigeria, we are more spiritual but less human, but in reality, humanity begets spirituality not the other way round.

I have always say this: we don't deserve than what we get from our leaders in this country, the kind of our leaders is a true reflection of our society QED

It is beyond all that. Don't simplify issues. Before 2014 he was nowhere near any sort of power influenced decision making. What we are talking about goes beyond any single individual. It is about us, the people. We are the ones that give them the power to do these unspeakable things and prove it by supporting them after the acts. It is us that need sorting out

About the maverick President Trump and the migrant caravan that got to the southern US border there was a press interview with a serving soldier and he was asked to define what was lawful and what wasn't in his actiins and he was very clear that the President was the C in C but they were very conscious of what a lawful order was and what an unlawful order was and if they were asked to conduct and unlawful order they will simply disobey it. They knew the rules of engagement. Now what happens when a few 'patriots' go overboard and carry out an unlawful order. That is when society will gather, condemn it and seek punishment for the offender as inthe case of the murdered Saudi journalist. The President doesn't care but the people do so the President will suffer retribution for erring.

That is a society that works. That is a society that has values. That is a society 'owned' by no one man, grouping, tribe, religion, etc. And that is why it progresses, it is loved and everyone wants a part of it. We know what will hapoen if Trump had the powers we accord our leaders here. It is about the people folks.

One of the reason why I don't like politics is because it makes one to see/think in one direction only.

The extra judiciary killings are terrible... I watched the documentary by New York times. And now, I can easily believe when biafrans were saying they killed many of their peaceful protesters. That is because most Nigerians do not have any conscious or anything that makes a person human. I stopped expecting any form of humanity when I saw people mocking both shittes, ipob and middle belt farmers murders. Nigerians are just sick in the head. Only a handful still have some kind of human empathy

If you were a soldier sent to stop that protest, you will pull a trigger. The order was to stop that protest. The police arent strong to handle it so they called up the army with brutal force to stop it. Very unnecessary. Now the army chose to kill at will. So damn sad.
This is not going to be the first or the last. The solution to this is simple, we need to define anti-riot policing in this country. Untill it is done and rubber bullets are used, Don't go and protest for your own life's sake.
And Shiites, you guys should calm down. You know you're being hated and they use opportunity like this to kill you, and you're not ready to form a militancy, then stop going like sheep to the slaughter.
