What's the situation at NASS and disrespectful people insulted and called the President names got to do with Clinton having sex with interns at the white house? Where is the connection here?

Was PMB at the at NASS to answer questions about having sex with interns or to present budgets?

If you are going to defend such ill-mannered, obnoxious, disrespectful and lack of decorum behavior, do so with sensible and logical excuses, not irrelevant, unrelated and meaningless excuses.

The issue in contention is "humiliating a president" not the offence. Look, you are stupid. Buhari's offence is far greater than Clinton. Hence he should get worse.

The number one problem of Nigeria is the house of assembly and if the house can boo Buhari then he is doing something right but unfortunately most Nigerians are emotionally dumb and lack cognitive reasoning to understand this

Well said.

Funny enough, NASS workers are currently on strike as we speak because the same lawmakers and their leadership either embezzled or mismanaged their salaries, but are they worried or even concerned about their own poor workers with empty pockets during Christmas?

No, the leadership sat there while their mannerless, crude and crass members disgraced themselves, their own chamber and colluding leadership.

Good to know the 8 NASS, the most disgusting, unproductive and grossly corrupt is coming to an end and most of these national parasites including Saraki are not returning to NASS.

Btw, the loudmouths on NL are the usual suspects, they are socially and culturally crude, backward and socially underdeveloped and they have their own lousy and mannerless upbringing to contend with

That is a gullible act. This 8th assembly is the most useless of our time.
Firstly, they have forgotten they are part of the government?
When any of arm fails they have all failed. They have the supremacy of impeachment rather than put RFD nation in public embarrassement.
Presidency is not about who occupied the seat but the position is mostly important.
Developed communities will never b caught doing this.
Mr. President was right in telling them "the world is watching". Majority of you will wash your mouth and say Mr. President has brought so many international disgrace but u forgot u put yourself in that mess by showing the world your vulnerability.
Let's have the orientation of doing this right not playing politics in everything.

I must commend the president for his composure while the PDP madness lasted. with all sincerity PDP is a very stupid party this is the reason they were not able to achieve anything tangible in 16years because they are men and women of low mentality. As a citizen of any country there are a number of institution you must respect, your national flag, the national anthem and your president. vote wisely PDP cannot rule this country again. If those who make laws for us are this stupid what reasonable laws could come from them. while they sang the national anthem some idiots were dancing. These are the men you want to entrust your future to? Say no to motor pack legislators....#MPL#
And you are so sure the APC has achieved so much (killings, hunger, division, blameshifting, denial of promises, lies and propaganda) in three and half years.

SO TOUCHING!!!

PRESIDENT BUHARI SPEAKS LIKE NEVER BEFORE.

God knows my heart it is to assure you that I set Nigeria on the path that you will be proud of in the future.

There is difficulty while trying to bring change in the country, but we are trying our best, even our adversaries know we have taken the right course to set Nigeria on track, we offended these money bag politicians and they will never forgive us.

The offence is that, we have blocked all their taps they use for stealing, they now do not care if Nigeria will be up in flames, they can sell even the ashes and fly out.

They have focused on us now with all their might, they want to be allowed to destroy the effort we have made in straightening things so far.

They are not interested even in an
iota of good for Nigeria and its people.

We have no choice, the choice belongs to you people of Nigeria, if you are confident of our efforts, you can vote for us again, so we keep building from where we are.

This will be beneficial to all and if you falsify us then go back to them (moneybag politicians) so they can destroy your future and the country at large.

But definitely you will remember I told you the truth and I have set you on the path of truth and I have lead you truthfully.

The choice is yours on the path of the nation.

I swear in my mind it is not about politics but how this country will turn out to be in the future.

President
Muhammadu Buhari
in Bauchi.

Your reasoning is illogical. The world does not operate in black and white.
If a senator from Benue booed him for the displacement of farmers by herdsmen, is the
senator wrong by default?
Is Buhari right by not tackling the herdsmen crisis?

Buhari should have himself to check and blame for the national shame recorded at NASS today.

No president has been booed during budget presentation since May 1999. This is a clear sign that he's presiding over a failed and divided nation.

With what happened @ NASS today, I doubt if Nigeria will not go into an unending crisis, should he and his party decide to rig the election next year.

2019 is definitely a year not to be in Nigeria, and I really envy those who were wise enough to have obtained their visa much earlier. Who wants to continue enduring Buhari-induced hardship and hunger?

The ONLY WAY for Nigeria to experience her much deserved rest, peace and prosperity, is to send this idiot of a President back to Daura or Sudan or wherever he comes from, by May 2019. Otherwise, many nairaland zombies wouldn't even be able to afford data from May 2019.

Let him who has ears hear NOW.

Some of you will just come here to drop a bombshell of lies, all for 'likes', and some gullible folks will just take it "hook, line, and sinker". All you typed there, particularly your opening paragraph is far from the truth. The question is, why didn't GEJ present the 2013/2014 budget, that he had to send the NOI, the then Finance Minister, was it not because he's afraid of being booed...?

Lies truth, plain, booing the president while making a speech irrespective of it be a lie or whatsover is wrong. It is a complete lack of responsibililty and decorum. Is it not better to wait and refuse to applaud him?

We have lost our sense of decency. We don't seem to differentiate between personal and official issues. That was a Budget Presentation for God sake and not a political campaign! Buhari is different from the presidency, although he occupies the position presently, however, Presidency is beyond the person. I as a Nigerian am really disappointed and ashamed of that despicable action of the Legislatures. Yinsh.

And For any educated not literate individual not to se anything wrong in that, then we have lost it in this country. A lot of us need to be re schooled in etiquette, courtesy, regards and respect.

Someone did similar thing to Obama and he has to resign or removed or rebuke I can't remember what punishment he received even from members of his race, religion and party. He eventually tendered an apology to the president and the presidency
