"..The federal attorney-general apparently did not inform the ICPC before shoving the anti-graft agency aside and handing over prosecution of the case to the Katsina government, which has a political interest in the matter..."The AGF have long been a moral burden to this present govt but he was tolerated because the entire caste thereof is enamoured in corruption. To think that this is the no-1 law man of a country that the president took a whooping 6 months to appoint being enmeshed in all manners of scandals and lawlessness tells a lots of how Nigeria have descended some more into the moral abyss of corruption under this so called "corrective regime." SURE-P funds to the tune of #5.7B embezzled by the scheme officials in Kastina State & the perpetrators have been craftly shielded from criminal prosecution by the present state government in collaboration with the FG since 2017 because they defected to the coven of immaculate saints? Yet they keep shouting of corruption Guess it's still fighting corruption and corruption fighting back.Guess we can also appreciate how the Ganduje's babanriga dollar bribe scandal was criminally closed? |

The level of corruption going on in this government will shake west Africa to its foundation if they get voted out. But I am sure they will rather murder half of the population than loose power |

We know already that they protect looters from Northern region. They have ruled and stolen more than any other region in Nigeria but how many of them have been prosecuted or jailed? In Nigeria today, IPOB members that did nothing but want their own country are in jail but Boko Haram members are compensated with millions of dollars . Some integrated into our military. This is not surprising at all. |

“The ICPC ought not to be robbed of its prosecutorial powers before the court,” Mr. Ogunye said. “The ICPC is an agency of the federal government established by law and charged with the powers to investigate and prosecute cases. It is more familiar with the evidences to be tendered before the court.."I guess this is the same one & same ICPC that said it have not received any petition from the public before it can begin to investigate the Ganduje babanriga dollar bribe scandal talking here? Hypocrisy is not a good way of life. The government have started getting back @ the AGF after allegedly washing off his hand on all its lawlessness.https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2018/12/i-didnt-support-buhari-fgs-refusal-to-release-dasuki-malami-tells-court/amp/ Well let the roforofo fight continue.Nigeria may end up being better for it. |

And where are the proponents of the "APC government is fighting corruption"? Osinbajo lied as usual during the VP debate that "there is no grand corruption in this government." Watch how zombies will avoid this stench-oozing corruption scandal.
