Consolidated Hallmark Insurance, Aiico Insurance(i used Nigerian french insurance NFI before Aiico bought them over and they paid claim made over a fire incident on a Peugeot car) and Anchor insurance is equally good.

Hardly will you hear that it's stolen even when parked. The highest i have heard was a stolen brain box which was on a w202. As for snatching as commonly done with the Japanese, it's difficult because armed robbers are interested in vehicles that can be easily sold as per demand

Mercedes Benz w202 C180 or C200. Fuel economy is super, same as the Corolla if not better. Handling is by far better than the Corolla and you will have rest of mind with Vandals and theft.

If the Corolla is your choice, go ahead and buy but ensure you insure it to cover for Vandals and theft. People are driving their Toyota without any issues but it's only when one is unlucky that it happens. A friend lost his Camry to armed robbers at Mafoluku area in Lagos and till date, no show.

He was even lucky to be alive because they removed all his clothes and dropped him off with only his boxers and with only #500. Vehicles refused to assist him because they thought he was a mad Man. It was only a good Samaritan that assisted him.

Today if you talk Toyota, he may even slap you

I don't know much about Volvo but i heard some models are really nice. But if you consider driving as part of your hobby or you love to drive something that will always give you Joy while on steering, then the Toyota won't be it. A Corolla is just a regular ride that will just take you from a point A to B.

Apart from the luxury brand of Japanese, German brand(Mercedes Benz) is my preferred choice. It's tested, trusted and reliable.

I've owned a Japanese which I currently drive for 5years and it's not been broken down except for a shock which I replaced some months ago.
Prior to the current Japanese car, I owned another Japanese car for 4years, it never broke down till I sold it. Is that not the true meaning of reliability and dependability?

You shot yourself in the leg. Have you priced parts for a W211 Mercedes or E60 BMW? Do they last longer than an ES330 or Acura or Infiniti? Never conclude blindly bro.
