Okorocha moments ago flagged off the Imo 2019 carnival on a power bike ride dancing "shaku shaku" alongside his wife to the cheer of the crowd of tourists. Quite a colorful carnival with participants from different continents of the world.

Very true, I was strolling along Whetheral road this Sunday morning and the atmosphere was really superb and very lovely: wide road, covered drainage and beautiful houses all around!
Owerri will soon knock off P.harcourt to become Nigeria's third most aesthetically pleasing city!;

It has the potential definitely, if its fertile land that can support greenery and relatively good planning is explored but for now it's a long way off.
