I don't accept/believe that Jesus Christ was born on 25. I believe that 25th December has a pagan origin. And let's say Christ was born on 25th December. should we really be celebrating his birthday going to club and dancing shaku shaku. and fornicating all in the name of celebrating Christ? No wonder the Muslims don't regard Christians.

I believe where we should be celebrating his birth should not be in the club because he did not come that we might continue our clubbing life. clubbed is of the world . Have you seen a pastor go to a club.

Don't care what I believe but care what the Bible says that as it was in the times of Noah so shall it be in the end. remember people were busy clubbing and the rest until Noah and his family entered into the ark and the earth was destroyed.the only difference there is now is that this time with fire and judgement. You cannot serve God and sin together. it's either you serve God or the other. Matthew 24, 37-39

Remember what Christ said in his word, in Matthew 24:34-39. that as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be in our time. remember that in the time of Noah people were clubbing, living various lifestyles until Noah and family entered into the ark and the earth was destroyed. the only difference between then and now is that then was with water and now will be with fire and brimstone. what more can I say. can/shall/should we continue in sin and expect grace to abound?

so, if you are born 29 February ( leap year ) your birthday comes every 4 years , is it wrong to chose different day to celebrate it ?

If you think fornication is sweet, try holiness. there is nothing as sweet as being holy. the presence of God, divine encounter, divine presence....... o my God. try honey, try holiness. compare and thank me later.

the only WORK needed to be done has already been done . christ dying for sinful men. YOU only need to believe and be saved...... and practice what you Believed .
Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord,"
and BELIEVED in your heart that God raised him
from the dead, you will be saved.

this is the good work christ did, dying for sinful men, and what did the verse told you to do ? BELIEVED.
Re: I Don't Believe In 25th Commonly Known As Christmas by Mikefrik(m): 10:58pm On Dec 24, 2018
@Malvisguy212.You need to start to read your Bible and read not for reading sake, but study and get understanding. The price paid was for the purification of the spirit of the man not for buying the man into the kingdom. if you said what you said why then did the Bible say in (1st John 3:cool Do not be deceived he that does righteousness is righteous he that commits sin is of the devil? pls explain the Bible verse that says that on that day many will say Lord Lord I cast out demons I did this and that in your name. but his response will be Get thee behind me ye workers of iniquity. Remember there is no repentance after death. repentance is now. Christ death washes and cleanses us from sin so that we might start a new life. That's why you still find a born again committing sin. or did Christ die so that we might continue or to be free from sin. our salvation must be worked out (Phil 2:12). otherwise the Bible would tell us to continue in sin after receiving Christ but no his word says " Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid" God bless you. pls ask me any question by God's grace I will answer them. But note that if God's grace takes us to his kingdom why then should we work out our salvation (phil2:7) Apostle Paul said in 1st Corinthians 9:27- that he controls his body so that after he had preached the gospel, he would not be a cast away. Or why then did he give some Apostles some teachers, evangelist, prophets etc for the equiping of the saints? if God equips you it's for a work(He) is equiping the saints to stand strong, fight and overcome sin. Christ said in revelation 2:7- "He that hath an ear let him hear what the spirit saith to the churches, to he that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life which is in the middle of the paradise of God" If Christ had overcome all things at the cross, why then did he say we must overcome? (PLS READ REVELATION 22:7). Stay blessed.

The bolded part is generalistic as not all Christians go clubbing or dance shakuku. Many persons still dance shakuku and club other days. Secondly since you don't like the idea of celebrating Christmas why not let others who love it be?. Thirdly it is wrong to condemn Christmas but foolish to celebrate cross over night services as this has no scriptural basis in the first place. There are a lot of practices many Christians do that has no scriptural backing at all. So just let those who celebrate Christ be as Jesus is not complaining

People still club and formicate after Christmas so using this to justify not celebrating his birth is not enough. The world has been corrupt and will be till Christ comes. Christ will judge the world based on their deals. You may not celebrate Christmas yet make hell while your neighbours may do yet make heaven. You may ask how? The scriptures say the last shall be the first while the first becoming last. What Christians should do is to preach Christ, holiness and righteousness not just condemning Christmas. One thing I have with many criticizing Christmas is the fact that they claim to follow the scriptures yet they live an hypocrite life. For example many celebrate their birthdays which runs contrary to the scriptures on birthday celebrations as recorded in the bible. Celebration of wedding anniversary which was never recorded in the bible. Many say marriage is ordained by God which no doubt is true but how does marriage anniversary relates to what is ordained by God? Were the men of old or the apostles celebrating wedding anniversary? Secondly was the use of wedding rings recorded in the bible or it was men tradition that was invented it. Thirdly was there any form of church wedding as recorded in the scriptures yet we see many ladies insisting on church wedding whereas no biblical backing. Another is going to church on 31st of December for cross over services. Were the apostles of old doing since we what to live by the scriptures?. Why should we add certain things when they were never practiced in the bible. There are so many that we do as Christians but let me pause here. We shouldn't make many deviate from the faith by arguing unnecessary as to whether to celebrate Christmas or not

Do this in remembrance of him is not a yearly thing as some Christian sects are doing. It is one of the misconception that Christian sect is using to deceive the word and draw many into atheism as a result of unnecessary argument.

@asuustrike. was there a time I said that those celebrating Christmas are sinners? the pic I'm trying to paint is. okay do u actually believe that some people actually decide to do some weird and wicked act on this particular day? Do u know that some people even would fornicate all in the name of celebrating Christmas? I'm not saying we don't sin on other day, but this Christmas that they are celebrating, with which mind? because u said Christ came to die for u and u are repaying him by going to the club and doing all sort of rubbish. is that how Christmas should be celebrated? (in sin and ignorance?) Do u actually know that some people don't even know why they think they are celebrating Christmas?

@asuustrike .Don't quote me wrong. or is it actually the Christians alone that goes to club? secondly is there a time I said or advice anyone to stop celebrating Christmas but continue cross over? Why don't you read and understand before commenting? because you are actually confusing yourself. thirdly, how do you know Jesus is not complaining? is there a scriptural verse that states the birthdate, year or how/ if we should celebrate? how do u know He is not complaining? pls do proper research before coming here to expose your ignorance.

WHETHER you like it or not.... CHRISTMAS TAKES NO ONE TO HEAVEN.... some of you fake christians want to act more holy than Jesus..... IF JESUS WENT TO SHILOH FOR JEWISH CELEBRATIONS... then who da hell are u?

Many christians in nigeria miss God by trying to be a God.

See GOD ACCEPTS US AND IS HAPPY... shift it from 25 to any date it wont matter... matters is the state of your HEART...

THE BIBLE CLEARLY SAYS, MAN WAS NOT MADE FOR SABBATH but SABBATH was made for MAN.... MEANING DAYS/CELEBRATIONS DO NOT DEFINE OR CONFINE US.

Jesus is the SUN of RIGHTEOUSNESS... so if the day the pagan world worshipped the sun was then replaced with the celebration of the true SUN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS... then whats your stress.

MUSLIMS follow MOON... we all know MOON has no LIGHT.

so bro calm down and eat chicken
