The recommended CVT oil is Nissan NS-2 CVT Oil. Please stick to the recommended Nissan fluid. Thanks

Dextron II is hygroscopic, if air mixes with it for enough time it will loose viscosity and damage your gearbox

Problem: I'm using Honda accord 2005 the gear oil was changed and since then i have issue with gear selection. I was told it's sensor,i got the sensor serviced it worked well for like 9hrs then continue the ssme issue of jucking and d drive light blicking but today after reversing it totally refuce to move to drive after much wait i can't move the gear pass neutral and drive , drive3. I can't change to park ... presently my key is in ignition I can't bring it out. Pls if you know of any good person dat can help fix this in abuja help. Thank you

I normally top the oil whenever the gauge is low. Now i intend to do a general service of the Gear. Please can anyone recommend an ideal gear oil that suit my car's specification. Thanks

Important information: My Gear is an ELECTRIC GEAR

This is so because most times people change oils with inferior brands which then mix with fluids still in the torque converter which can damage the gear.

Due to the age of your car and the oils you've used to top up, i would advise you to stick to what you're doing since you have no issues.

Hi, pls my car's manual says an equivalent of dextron 2 is required, but friends using same car says dextron 3 is ideal. Honda academy 1994. Ur advice is needed pls. Tnx man.

Dexron II or III will work ok. It you have access to a good Dexron III use it
