A Nigerian Lady, who says she was once the biggest fan of Davido, has narrated how she was sexually assaulted at his concert.

The Lady, identified as, Karimah, @hrh_karimah took to her Twitter page to write the below… She also shared a photo of the injuries she sustained.

I was robbed and assaulted at @iam_Davido #InfinixDavidoLiveInConcert. And davido looked straight at me and continued the show.

I lost my phone,my ATM card and all my money all because you couldn’t pause the show and see that your fans were dying. A grown man groped me, inserted his fingers in my vagina and continuously beat me up. I fell down on broken glass and you just continued.

I was literally stranded at eko Atlantic all the way from ikeja. I told my mum that only rapture was going to stop me from seeing davido and I wish rapture actually happened before this concert..

Before this incident I was like your biggest fan.I didn’t have money but I entered a lot of fake giveaways and called my friends to send me money to come and see you at your concert.

Now I’m in more debt. All my properties are gone and I have a broken arm and a black eye as souvenirs from your concert. The crazy thing was you looked directly at me and continued performing.

Third, Davido is not Drake, I know Drake once stopped his show to caution a male fan groping a female fan. But know they are different people and therefore different ways their brain will process information

Finally, next time don't allow yourself run into debt because of any, I mean any celebrity. Not even Drake.

Thats why i kuku like myself...the burna boy show and every other wey i go...i and friends stayed near the exit throughout the whole show, we didnt bother ourself going fully in cos of stories like this.

If anyone has ever being on a stage or being privileged of speaking to a crowd, they’ll know it’s impossible to notice what is really going on.


You can only gaze at the crowd, the human brain is not advanced to process the information at that point especially when it’s busy with other activities(singing, jumping, dancing) and most probably had been distorted by the influence of weed.
