Job Title: Customer Service/Front Desk Officers

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
We are the premier City tutors Limited, the biggest and most trusted personalized education company in West-African subregion, providing private tuition for learners . We provide learners with the advantage of quality, experienced and innovative sessions : far beyond the limitation of class room learning.

Our Philosophy:
-All learners have the potential to learn and are entitled to an opportunity for reaching their maximum potential
-Learners need to develop solid academic and communication skills to be successful in today’s society
-Learners needs to be encouraged to develop their strengths and to overcome their weaknesses and problem areas; success breeds success
-Recognition of the dignity and worth of all learners is basic to the learning process
-Learners should be able to learn and mature in an atmosphere with little or no disciplinary problems
-Learning must be directly related to the individual learner’s current and future needs.
-Learners needs to be assisted in developing positive attitudes towards learning, active participation, responsibility, self-motivation and positive self esteem
-Current curriculum, instruction and assessment should be developed, modified and evaluated to meet each learner’s specific and individual needs.

Job Description
• Professionally, timely and accurate capture of requests in their various formats, process them and manage any subsequent changes. Manage the work flow process and look to ensure ‘on time’ service delivery.
• Ensure that advance notification procedures are proactively followed, in order to ensure clients are kept informed of events within the organisation
• Develop and strengthen your working relationships with your internal /external customers to clearly understand their needs to ensure we deliver ‘value added’ service to our customer, whilst minimizing cost to the business.
• Maintain and strengthen a network within the business across departments
• Demonstrate full understanding of personalized processes and procedures
• Take accountability for the total ‘end to end’ process, you are the dedicated person responsible for all the Customer service needs of the customer and therefore accountable for driving through service improvements.
• The compilation and publishing of various key reports as required by the business and customers.
• Continue to build product knowledge
• Support total team during busy periods and holidays/absence
• Support any other duties as reasonably requested by team leader
• Follow business and internal control procedures
• Maintain all relevant monitoring systems with valid information

Job Requirements
Good first degree
Computer literacy, expert in the use of Ms Office tools
Good Reporting and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills
