>> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
>>Marketing Skills
>> Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
>> Manage and optimize customer information on customer relationship management software
>> Advice on customer relationship management activities and ensure monthly reporting
>> A courteous, professional and friendly phone manner
>> Excellent organisation skills
