Please, kindly help me with this. I can't open any documents, videos, etc on external drive connected to redmi note 5 except I copy it to internal storage.

Whenever I click on anything inside the drive: can't open file. Please, copy to internal memory.

set your FIRequalizer to ur preference.

I will advice to unlock it... Cos i have see an issue where OTA did not allow the phone to boot again......

In short when u unlock bootloader, your phone is easily fix when it has any problem
