You can get the global ROM black for a little above 60k but bear in mind your phone might arrive in 3-9wks or you can buy from our sellers here if it's a matter of urgency.

I have both and i'd take the Huawei Y9 2019 any day coz customer care is present, smaller notch, smaller chin, better CPU.
You'd miss MIUI customisations.

In short when u unlock bootloader, your phone is easily fix when it has any problem
dont advice him about bootloader person wey just buy phone

Disabling the notch is just visual gimmick. It doesn't miraculously show all your notifications.

You will still need to swipe down on the notification panel to view full notification like battery% etc
My battery percentage is visible and notifications do pop up and disappear
