With the way the war is going with BH having the advantage, that should tell you that the Nigerian Air Force capabilities are greatly overestimated.

Let me at least remind you that this is the Nigerian Air Force we are talking about. Corruption is very rampant in the military and the Nigerian Air Force is not exempted.

Shùt up and stop talking nonsense!!!

How does this exonerate the more advanced countries from the errors they make? What makes them advance then if they have to be on their own land to avoid mistakes?
RevLikeBigYansh:

The Nigerian army is fighting terrorists in their own land.

They are expected to have full situational and intelligence awareness over their own territory.

I will cut the US some slack because the US forces where operating on foreign soil with limited intelligence capacity.

That said, I hope when the incompetent Nigerian Air Force drops bombs meant for sambisa on your house in osogbo, you will take it in good faith.

Trust me, if these guys decide to give up on the war, u wont be hiding behind the privacy of ur phone typing this.

I don't think the troops on ground in sambisa are bothered about my posts here rather their safety and incompetent generals plus BH breathing down their necks should be more worrying to them.

It is only jobless political hacks like yourself that want to bury every incompetency of the Nigerian army even where it involves the massacre of your dear troops all because it will be bad for your useless APC govt.

None of the operational aircrafts in the Nigerian Air Force fleet are equipped with radar and night vision instrumentation. The fact that they are claiming that the sorties were launched around 7pm makes me doubt this version. I do know for a fact that NAF missions are restricted to day tine due to technological disadvantages that I highlighted above.
It's funny how illiterates like you that know nothing about anything are quick to comment stupidly, do you know anything about jets? What do you even know about the Nigerian armed forces?

The troops are only asking to be treated fairly by their superiors.

They are asking to be equipped with arms so as to be able to engage BH. They don't care about social media posts when the only thing they want is to be relieved from their duty posts after being deployed to the front for over 3years.

They want their allowances paid and nor social media praises.

They want to see adequate compensation to the family of their deceases colleagues who died fighting BH and not some useless social media praise.

Because I saw them in action when boko haram partially got access to Maiduguri in 2014, the NAF was able to accurately decimate boko haram convoys moving on the road.

Not only Americans can fly a fighter jet, at least believe in ur country even if it's a tiny bit
Oga shut up ur mouth, the NAF doesn't have all these technology you are talking about. We still make use of fighter jets from WW1.

Story.

The only night vision capable aircraft in the arsenal of the Nigerian Air Force are reconisance drones without attack capabilities. All NAF missions that I know of are restricted to day tine. I will not state why because it will compromise my identity here.

Well, that attack happen during daytime, in the morning, otherwise how do you think I was able to witnessed it

Kid, don't be deceived with propaganda. I've had one or two to do in the Nigerian military setting before. The Nigerian military is light years behind modern technology. Even the Chadian and ghanian armed forces are far better.

Niger and Chad are bigger than Nigeria but scantily populated. The terrorists are well established in their territories for a long time. Their governments do little or nothing as long as the rebels don't sick to overthrow government or disturb public peace. And they even lack the capacity to tackle them because of large territory. If you observe, President Buhari usually hold meetings with leadership of the two countries.
this is educating, thanks for that, but I would suggest that Nigeria should give a stern warning to both countries to either stop them from penetrating into Nigeria soil, failure to do that could lead to extension of counter terrorism extend to both countries

My own question why did PDP allow them capture Mugonu n other cities in Borno & Yobe previously ?

Why did many foolish hopeless Biafrans now asking why the army can not chase after the terrorist when boko haram was harnessing city by city to the extent it took control of the second largest city in Borno not ask same under PDP rule ?

Why do this same shameless foolish people want the same PDP that failed woefully back in power if not based on sentiment bigotry n outright madness ? That is my own question.

So do all this justify d news that BH took possession of a territory in Nigeria just recently?

sorry, 200k drones are not military grade intelligence drones. Drone that runs for 18 hours without refueling with weapons capability and high resolution Camara, with infrared are worth billions. These are serious shits, not toy drones. Thanks anyway

What's the name of that drone, cause the most expensive drone is $16million and it was used for missile attacks against the ISIS.

And what kind of architecture would be required to build it.

Am talking from a surveillance level, quad copter's.

You sound like a drone expert, do you own one. Am just a hobbyist.

Thanks anyway.

Do you own a toy drone? Stop of a drone as big object.

Break them into components and you will see its not expensive.

It just takes a lot time to assemble components together and make them work in harmony (both software and hardware).

Use the first principle.

Thanks for the reply, you just gave me problem to solve, which is power. Infrared cameras can be mounted, guns can be mounted (once accurately configured with targeting system).

But power is a totally different game.

$16m is about 5.7b naira. I'm no drone expert, but have a flair for tech devices.
