I guess you mean the passport photograph. Have you tried removing it totally? Try that then upload the correct one.

I'm assuming you are talking about the front page on flexisaf. You are not to buy any scratch card for the registration. The PIN there is the one that is/was sent to you once you indicate(d) interest in the scholarship.

It works without passport number. Log out and try log in again or change browser.

Well, what I did was I added two lecturers, one during my undergraduate days and the other, a prof whom I worked with during my service years in a University in the North.

So, I published in an international journal (along with others, although I did most of the work). I sent the hardcopy to one of the organisations I wrote about, later they sent a letter specifically to me thanking me for my contribution and for shedding light on their effort in that area.

Would this qualify as an award? What do you think?

If a convocation brochure can be interesting to the interviewers, then a letter from a reputable Journal might prove to be even more interesting. Remember, sometimes the manner you present your case can make a whole lot of difference! Yeah..

Nice perspective. Unfortunately, I have submitted but removed the letter before submitting. I was sceptical about misrepresenting the scenario. I think it would have passed for a recognition not necessarily an award.
