The Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, has said the large crowd that received President Muhammadu Buhari at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on Friday, showed that Buhari cannot be defeated in next year’s presidential election According to him, the South-South people trooped out to witness the commencement of Buhari’s campaign because they appreciated Buhari’s “sterling achievements” in office in the last three and a half years. Ambode said Buhari had laid a solid foundation for Nigeria’s economic development and growth, adding that his re-election in 2019 could only translate into improved infrastructure, economy, security and anti-corruption drive. A statement on Sunday by his Chief Press Secretary, Habib Aruna, quoted Ambode to have said this in an interview with journalists in Uyo during the presidential campaign of the All Progressives Congress. He said, “This is a great day for democracy and good governance in Nigeria. The crowd that came to the stadium for the rally eloquently reaffirms the invincibility status of President Buhari. “If such a large crowd could gather at the stadium to receive the President in the South-South, it means the people have seen the light which President Buhari and Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo represent for this country. “What I want Nigerians to know and appreciate is that the re-election of Buhari/Osinbajo in 2019 can only translate to improved security, economy, quality infrastructure and massive scaling up of anti-corruption drive, among others. continue reading here:https://thebiggestgists..com/2018/12/uyo-crowd-shows-buhari-is-undefeatable.html 6 Likes 2 Shares

Hmmm... The same Buhari who said Abacha never stole.. Under Buhari's nose efcc fought Fayose even when Fayose was still in office.. The same efcc did not see the Ganduje bribe collecting dollars video.. Maina was declared wanted by the efcc during the previous administration, but during Buhari's he was given double promotion.. APC has failed, but voting PDP will not do us any good.. So we have to leave them both.. VOTE AAC VOTE OMOYELE SOWORE FOR PRESIDENT COME 2019... AroleOduduwa: Sharrap my friend!!! Even if you are Yoruba then you are not Lagosian which I am and a very well-respected son of Lagos too. Ambode had no political machinery at his disposal at all and had no business aspiring to be governor but for Tinubu deciding to support him. If you know Lagos politics then you will understand it is very complex despite what Igbo boys upstarts and JJC are shouting. Many brilliant folks to carry along and keep on your side if you wish to govern Lagos. Ambode failed in this very crucial aspect of things. He is rehabilitating himself and has learnt from mistakes. This is something Igbos are incapable of doing and this is why I call you Igbo boy.
