Lagos is big with completely varying degrees of goods and ills distributed along the large population, so it's not easily "visible". But Benin city is a very small city compared to Lagos with a high concentration of

Edit: The reasons for my above postulations is; compared to a city like Lagos with a very high population, evil vices is more concentrated in Benin with a relatively smaller population

1. Fraudsters (reason why kpor kpor no get joy for there at all)
2. Prostitution (it's almost legit)

4. Very few jobs available

you are very stupid for this post, Benin city is the 4 most populous city in Nigeria, it's home to almost all ethnic group and its key road network to all region in Nigeria, is there are bound to be violence and crime because it connects all tribes in the useless country together.
