A yet-to-be-identified lady was, this morning, found dead along Ugbekun road in Benin, Edo State.

The deceased was found with many stab wounds all over her body and her corpse was adjusted to a sitting position for easy identification ahead of its evacuation.

What's the role of national biometrics if it can't assist with forensic cases like this. Displaying a corpse for identification is just too backward!

Her dead body should atleast have finger prints of the last people that was in contact with her ... She just ended as on of the victims of a failed country
