Orla234:is it your environment? I keep hearing spill from blown pipeline will demage the environment but I have been to a few blown-off pipeline and the hazard to the environment is minimum as the spill only last minute before they discover and shut down the line. the mismanagement in the drilling do cause more environmental hazard than the spill but the corruption in the oil sector won't let them address it 3 Likes 1 Share |

We all know its only ATIKU/OBI (PDP) that can stand this corrupt APC that are willing to rig this 2019 election. Lets VOTE ATIKU/OBI. VOTE PDP. Lets get Nigeria working. God bless you all. 2 Likes |

wink2015: So the best way to seek attention is to blow up pipelines in your own community? The truth of the matter is, those so called miscreants parading themselves as militants are fighting for their own selfish settlements. Look at Tompolo, Asari Dokubo, Ateke Tom, etc are all super rich all in the name of freedom fighting. Go to Warri today and see how most youths are now jobless because of their own gragra. Many oil companies left because of Warri crises. People are already relocating gradually from Port Harcourt currently because of insecurity and environmental pollution all in the name of "na our oyel money" 1 Like |

couragemurphy: By the time the federal government implement restructuring with oil producing community taking control of their resources and paying taxes to the federal the little domestic militant will be checkmated. But the greatest threat to the resources which is the federal control might on the niger delta region must be eradicated first. All the Asari dokubu, Tompolo and the rest of the militant exploited the situation because the federal government wanted short term solutions. The amnesty programme granted by the federal government to militant should have been followed with the implementation of restructuring. Let the niger delta people have their right to control their resources without much federal interference by way of unconstitutionally sharing it to mostly lazy northern states. 1 Like |

Re: Niger Delta Militants Blow Conoil Facility Up In Bayelsa by Nobody: 8:52pm On Jan 06, 2019 |
wink2015: My brother, it is not even the duty of the President (FG) to restructure Nigeria. His powers are limited by the constitution of the land. The lawmakers are the ones with the constitutional powers to make such amendments. Since Saraki and Dogara are in PDP and are supporting a candidate already campaigning of restructuring Nigeria as if he can do it constitutionally. The two of them should kindly start the process of restructuring. The link below will give you clue regarding restructuring. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/07/what-is-restructuring-2/ |
