President Muhammadu Buhari want to waste niger delta crude oil money on the Boko haram insurgency.

My brother, it is not even the duty of the President (FG) to restructure Nigeria. His powers are limited by the constitution of the land. The lawmakers are the ones with the constitutional powers to make such amendments. Since Saraki and Dogara are in PDP and are supporting a candidate already campaigning of restructuring Nigeria as if he can do it constitutionally. The two of them should kindly start the process of restructuring.
