However we need more industry in chance creation, Getafe have a mean defense, I read they and Athletico are the least conceding sides in the league, Messi and Alba connection wasn't so efficient in the match, and I still don't know what Valverde expects from Coutinho, last season was Coutinho's best scoring season, and he scored most of goals with us from January, now he is like a different player. For those that said Lenglet is not a shity defender,una see say Getafe's poor finishing was the reason they didn't come out with at least a draw in this game?? Pique didnt play well in the game and we were utterly exposed.I have said before.If not that Piques form had improved massively from the form he had earlier in the season,we wouldve been eating goals as that Lenglet is useless.Cant win aerial balls and is easily bullied off the ball..Its just like pairing Van Virgil or Koulibaly with Smalling.They will make him look so world class.Let them have a bad game or get injured,then you will see Smalling for who he really is.smh |

10Dove:guy see ehn, everybody misses chances, today Messi missed more chances than Suarez sef. How come that isn't an issue? Chances Messi should have buried like that one Dembele through passed to him, Messi didn't score. Its not an issue, but when Suarez scores, a good goal for that matter it becomes an issue. Why? Adiwana:oya Lenglet is useless, who should we replace him with? Lenglet is still good and he will improve. The defender with the most yellow cards and the most red cards in La Liga is Ramos also he makes some mistakes that lead to goals but the whole world excluding me feel that Ramos is easily the best defender in the world... Leave Lenglet he will get better. Besides he was signed as back up, however Umtiti has been injured so he's development has been hastened. By this time next season he might have improved so much you will forget all these complaints. |

IKON360: That guy has not improved 1 single bit.If he has improved,I will be happy that someone will be giving competition to either Pique or Umtiti.He still struggles with aerial balls and almost cost us a goal which was cancelled.He was beaten aerially again for Getafe's goal as Getafe kept on sending crosses to his position.Its no fluke that any game Pique doesn't play well,we struggle at the back and concede.Hes not physical and lack technicalities.He looks world class because he plays around world class players.This guy can't get into France national team.. On him being a back up,Its no excuse for his deficiencies.He should really step up or be replaced by this new guy we bought.If we meet a pacy attacking side that also crosses like Juve,they are going to kill us especially if Pique decides to be inconsistent cause this guy cannot do anything |

@Adiwana you have a valid point sha, if we met Juventus that play serious cross and nod, e go bad for Lenglet. And now I think of it, I don't remember any player scoring a header when marked by Pique this season. Oh well, Lenglet will improve, I just hope he doesn't face the kind of baptism by fire Yerry Mina faced last season. But I've not seen Murillo play, he may finally not even be as good as Lenglet. I pray Umtiti returns soon too, at least before we start facing more dangerous teams in UCL. |
