God has done it for me, after 2years of trying, my God surprised with me a new year gift (bfp). I stopped going to d hospital when nothing happened, all I did was to pray, take morning lemon and ginger, then i noticed a change in my menstral cycle, ovulation. I had sperm count of 2m and I was placed on medication for two months and at the end of it i went for retest and it rose to 7m.
After a month I did another test and it came back to 2m but with increment of motility from 20 to 40percent.My Dr therefore recommend hormonal analysis.
Am just tire of whole process he should have told me about hormonal analysis earlier before I spent 90k on the recommended drug.

I used the regular digital thermometer. The most important thing is to use the same thermometer everyday at nearly the same time (after a minimum of 3 hours sleep), and one that can express in two decimal numbers.

It doesn't really matter. Here is the cycle that suggested my BFP.

There is a drop shortly before ovulation, and immediately followed by a spike, which suggested the release of an egg. Just ensure you chart your daily record. Once I get a surge with ovulation kit, I track release of an egg by temping.

Have you ever missed your AF for this long? I've had such experience before minus the cramp, I also did both blood and urine test and it came out negative after eight days AF showed on it own. Though yours might be different, maybe the level of HCG in your blood is very low, but what do I know. Let's wait for sabi mamas to come shook mouth.

I experienced same issue...... My cycle is usually 26-28days. My last cycle lasted 32days. I got bfn too, only for Af to show this morning. Have never had a cycle this late.
