UNN accepts 2:2 just prepare for your screening it will be a roller coastal for you but make sure its the same course you will apply for

Universities this days will say 2.2 starting from cgpa 3.00. However, with your result, some might consider you. I had a 2.98 cgpa and I am presently doing a master's program in a federal University in the south west. So you need to go to the school of your choice, don't just sit down at home or on nairaland, you will only get a general answer from nairaland. Go to the school, meet the HOD of your proposed department. He will advise you. It is the department that makes recommendations to the pg school to admit student

Most Universities accept a second class with a CGPA 3.0/5.0

Uniuyo accepts 2.2 as long as your CGPA at time oof graduation isn't less than 2.75. Bear it in mind you will sit for pre-qualification aptitude test and also write a project proposal.

UNILAG accepts any kind of 2-2 so far you score high in the screening exam. In fact they don't need your transcript but only a photocopy of your certificate. A good number of 2-2 graduates scale through.

It depends on your GP, with 3.0/5.0, most universities will take you, OAU accepts 2.2 with 3.0/5.0

all university take 2.2 graduates, depending on your course of study some course allow third class graduates direct masters.

you need understand why you are doing PGD, it's either u want to change course or you are a 3rd class graduate.
there is no disadvantage if you fall into any of the above mentioned category, cos its the normal procedure.

Most schools will accept a 2.2 except there is something wrong with your own 2.2. It's only in your Alma Mater that you would be required to do a pgd before progressing to your masters programme.
