It will teach u basics of web design after u are through there [and i mean with practice and doing all the exercises there] u can now go for a scripting language e.g javascript get it here https://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/javascript/javascript.html When u are through there [and i mean with practice and doing all the exercises there] u can now go for web development using any programming language. Now languages in vouge that pay in naija now are c#, java, PHP, Python. I will suggest u go for c# cause Banks, corporate institutions and financial house all use .NET for there software needs learn c# here https://www.homeandlearn.co.uk/csharp/csharp.html learn it practice all u can do web projects i assure u, u will get there. Note: I put those links there as starting points u can always use other online tutorials for yr lessons and let me tell u this there is no shortcut u gat to sit down learn and practice, if u are a graduate u are in the real world now and it has many challenges. Don't sit down and say i don't have internet i cannot go online go to these sites save the pages to yr system and read offline. The life of a web developer, mobile developer, software developer in the world today is very profitable so if u want to be one don't look for excuses tackle it head on.
