they were forced to comply na... If you'd remember, they did not join the strike until ASUU threatened to sanction them.
I don't think so..assu ATBU chapter voted to join the strike..other schools would have pleaded if they meant well for the students..heck! some 100L were supposed to finish that day or the next...many schools allowed thier students finish..e be like say you no know how ATBU like strike reach grin

Thank God u didn't go as far as saying they are lecturing. Those persons dat are there may probably be doing one thing or the other but not lecturing.
Uniben and strike be like bread and butter, even when it was a week 2 finish exam last year, they still joined the strike b4 it was latter called off after some days.
To me, the strike shouldn't be called off cos it's the students that will suffer it. The students will b the ones to fund d sch via increased tuition fees. Education In Nigeria isn't education again. I weep 4 this Country.

even when the strike dey on since last year things still dey go on for uniben for some departments, uptil now underground stuffs still dey go on wella, nor surprise if one lecturer don finish him course outline before them call the strike off, and i believe say nor be only uniben dey take this path, some other schools go still dey hide do one or two , cos na the lecturers the load go fall on last last, so my advice to students na make them dey on guard and not rely on ASUU but informations from their various schools!!!

Hehehe... I experienced ATBU strike first hand. Remember NLC strike? The morning it was announced ATBU placed notice informing students to vacate. I was there for physical screening
