Well, there is a lot of evidence out there....documents, angry families, victims,etc.

Personally, I wish it was not true. But you can't beat the evidence.

My question is it this, who granted them a marriage certificate? Who married them? Or they eloped to another country to marry? Or aliyah forged her birth certificate?

Yes he did marry her when she was 15. now look at America very well and you will find out that most American women give birth to their first child at the 15,16,17,18 like that. Lol Wayne gave birth to his first child at 18, obviously he was older than the childs mother.

Not then.. Till now in some states you can marry someone as young as 13 with consent from their parents
