Report him o coz he is going to continue and chances are very high that he would increase the amount he was stealing. Before you know it the company would start complaining of running at a loss and might either close down or down size before you know it you would hear that the employee that has been stealing has started a big business or might have bought a car while you are unemployed. Funny enough the owner did not even give me the chance to tell my story .He believed I was against the authority of the manager ..I fought alone and I'm happy I did .I knew the price and was ready to bear and pay it. If you don't want to report him, just insist that management improve the audit or cash control system.

This is serious..! Personally I do not support open confrontation. However, keeping get quiet in issues like this is gradually affecting all of us in this Nigeria already. There is a need to let the management in on it.

Check your channel of communication if the person you are to report to is trust worthy and not an accomplish, You can find a private time to relate it with him/her. If not, look for anonymous ways to get to the management before it gets discovered and it will affect you all.
