If it were my own business, how will I feel if someone stole from me? Do not report him directly. Use unknown numbers and text your boss. Simple.

I hope your HR is sane minded. Take the burden off your chest by off loading to the HR. Plead anonymity while at it. Stealing is wrong on all counts.

If your company doesn't have anonymous hotlines, create a random email and send anonymously with all the evidences.

PS. Don't send the mail using company Internet.

Why not do this anonymous.

Send anonymous SMS or email with short note to the management on how they will discover the crime. Don't give them the evidence, let them get it by themselves.

Just a tips to the Boss. Better be anonymous to avoid stories that touches the heart.

You are a tout and clearly still in school, you are also a thief and an enabler

When you grow up and graduate you will be ashamed of this nonsense you typed

You better learn what life is really about before you finish school and leave your parents house because with this rubbish mindset you have you will not be able to keep a job

my God, Nigerians and mind your business mentality is getting out of hand, its this same attitude that's why the country is moving backwards, someone steals.. and just because he didn't steal from you they say "mind your business".. if it was your company how would you feel knowing someone is stealing from u and other staffs are aware, what makes them different from the person who steals, someone even said, you don't want to be responsible for someone's job loss' seriously? so its better he wrecks the company and render others jobless? do to others what you want others to do to you.

dishonesty and selfishness has eaten deep into thos generation. and you blame the leaders for how they act when y'all are the same.

op do the right thing, report him of u feel it would implicate u, do it anonymously simple, don't close your eyes while another man's house is on fire, it could be your turn tomorrow.

Have you seen the movie, King of boys? The person who sees a crime and said nothing, has committed more crime than the person who perpetuated the actual crime.

There's a slogan in most offshore companies, "If you see something, say something or do something, else something will do you".

In most interviews, you will be ask. If you see a colleague committing a crime, will you report the person, even if it means the person loosing his job.

If you are sure of this and you have evidence, report the matter as soon as possible. Don’t hide and protect a thief. Seeing someone doing evil and turnjng a blind eye is as worse as his evil act.

Report him immediately.

I am more interested in knowing how someone pilfers regularly at work and it doesn't reflect in the books of account.

Is he an expert thief?
A case of poor supervision?
Or connivance with a superior staff?
