Hello house. How much would I get a double-cell battery for my HP Elitebook 6930p? And how much would it cost me to replace this same PC wireless card? Or could my wireless connectivity issues be due to another cause, apart from the wifi card? Thanks. |

obago1: The external display will work fine if connected to external monitor, he was talking about internal display, the brightness dim when adapter is connected. Fault like this can come in two ways, dim display when adapter is connected or dim display when battery is used and adapter is not connected. The motherboard works in a way whereby when adapter is connected, battery voltage is cut off and only adapter voltage is used. So when he connects the adapter, ba3 voltage cut off and adapter voltage to the LVDS (run supply) that controls the brightness doesn't get to where it suppose to. |
Re: Post Your Computer (PC) Troubles Here. by udemzyudex(m): 3:35am On Jan 12, 2019 |
obago1: He said battery was already faulty, and after it went off and power on again he got battery not detected on desktop and when he unplug the charger the laptop goes off automatically. Since it powers on with adapter and uses it with adapter then nothing is wrong with it, the problem is ba3 is not charging, so no current on ba3 to hold power immediately he unplug the adapter. Definitely the battery is bad and not the adapter. |

santakris: No need to download iso online, it's over 3gb get your imageburner app, buy your software from the vendors not more than #200 and burn it to iso. 2 Likes |

Hello computer gurus in the house, I would sincerely appreciate anyone who can suggest a very good OCR(Image) to Word Converter (either free of Paid). I'm in dare need of it. The converters I've come across online haven't really been as much helpful as I would have loved. Thanks for your much anticipated responses. |

Hello everyone, I was playing PES 18 yesterday on TV via HDMI cable from PC. Suddenly, my Acer PC shut down. I tried to power it on but it didn't. I noticed if I open the lid, it starts then shut down. If I then proceed to press and hold any key, it will boot well (with that key or any key being pressed and held). Sometimes, on booting up, it will show "preparing automatic repair", which I have gotten past because I can now even watch a movie or launch office (with any key being pressed and held). Problem: On opening the lid, the PC boots then shuts off making a tick sound within 5 secs. If I open the lid, then close it back, it won't shut down. The power button doesn't do its job but rather any key (being pressed and held). I have tried several things to revert it but to no avail. There was a time it showed hibernating, I then proceed to turn off hibernate totally from my PC via cmd but still not working. Has anyone encountered this issue? Thanks |
