Election or no election, governance continues.

What Atiku/PDP should be asking: Is the CJN guilty as alleged?
He can only be guilty when a competent court pronounce him so, He is INNOCENT

Desperation of this APC government is getting out of hand. I pray they continue this way so that by the end of election there will not be Nigeria to rule. I hate dictators.

Nigerians don't just comment on nairaland fight for a better life so you don't die in a motor accident, kidnapped robbed or die in ill equipped hospital. Ways you can fight:
1. Sue Buhari, APC, INEC to court.
2. Vote with your pvc
3. Take charge of INEC, demand to witness vote collation.
4. Organize formal peaceful protests across major cities.
5. Demand designations or referendums. Did you know you can cause an impeachment?

You can just complain on nairaland or you can stand up and fight....

Thank God Fg was quit to fish out the pdp chief judge .judiciary under him have been giving conflicting court rulings over apc.
He failed to declare 3 domiciliaries account which carries his full name after being appointed his chief judge this case is a water tight one against him. Cos those account contains Dollars, pounds and euros seperately. Onnoghen should do the honourable and resign or loose his seat, loot and still be jailed

He should have flushed all of them out within six months became president.

You cannot have the court deliberating on the matter without a petition.

We are still at the petition stage. If investigation proves substantial, he will have his day in court. The law will run its course. Note we have Judicial Council that can intervene as well.

Atiku/PDP are panicking for political grandstanding.

Atiku should not worry as the constitution is being clearly followed in this case so far.

If Atiku really loved to defend our constitution, he would not have corruptly enriched himself with public funds laundered to the USA as Vice-President.

How is it dangerous that most senior judicial officer is being afforded the judicial processes in explaining why he does not follow the constitution of the country he adjudicates over?

The CJN lives by the law, and he should be ready to die by the law.
He would indeed face trial to prove his innocence but he would never step aside or resign

It is obvious Buhari is running a dictatorial regime camouflaged as a democracy. No different dan the cursed African leaders before him e.g. mugabe of Zimbabwe and Biya of Cameroon who want to hold on to power till they die.

BREAKING

By virtue of sections 318, 158(1) and Paragraph 21 (B) of the 3rd Schedule to the 1999 Constitution, the CCT, lacks the requisite jurisdiction to try the CJN.

This is because the allegations against the CJN were never referred to the National Judicial Council, NJC, before the criminal charge was entered against him.

Legal precedent:

What Atiku/PDP should be asking: Is the CJN guilty as alleged?

As is stands now, the constitution is strictly adhered to. You can't charge the CJN without presenting a petition.
I will also ask you if Babachair, Adeosun,Amaechi, maina, osibanjo, akpabio, wamako, gandollar, obanikoro and the list is endless if they are guilty as alleged.the day you answer that question these debate can go on.
This country doesn't belong to anybody, you cannot scheme out any one or institution who is not in tandem with you hunger for power and expect us to keep quiet.

The convention is to report him to NJC leadership for investigation before taking him to court.

I hope those ones who were deceived with integrity balderdash can now realize their foolery.

We said it in 2015 that this Buhari is a TYRANT, FASCIST, DICTATOR, CORRUPT, FANATIC, SECTIONAL, NEPOTIC, ARCHAIC, SENILE and DANGEROUS to Democracy, Freedom and Peace.
But y'all Sai babarians wouldn't listen. Here you have it.

We Yoruba's Say: Ifura lóògùn àgbà., but it was even the older ones who experienced his maladministration in 1984 that pushed the youths to this monster Buhari the second time.

To Buhari, :- You will fail in your evil plans upon Nigeria.

To Nigerians:- Support RESTRUCTURING or PEACE SPLIT OF the entity called Nigeria into multiple Countries.

Adios!
