No. Judge will convict any Justice in Nigeria if the NBA never recommend such a one to the Executive for prosecution hence any court case against any Justice by the Executive in Nigeria is dead on arrival.

CCB is not even a court, their work is reconciliation of declaration and referral to CCT should the individual fails to update the declarations accordingly.
