nope. if you can't go there again, you'll have to request a transfer at your current location and that will be after election.

I did my registration in ikeja primary school.
collected my temporary pvc after registration there too...
but the problem now is that I'm in imo state now, and I don't think I can go to lagos before collection deadline is due (Feb cool

...how do I go about it please?...or can I still collect it after the election? or is there anyway I can collect it here in owerri ?
