Ok. Thank you. But do you think someone who had previously been to the UK on Tier 2 visa still needs IELTS and police clearance certificate before they can apply for a new Tier 2 entry clearance from Nigeria?

On what grounds is your friend inviting you? What role would s/he play during your visit? Would you be staying with your friend at any point in time during the visit? You would need to state this as part of your application submission.

You need to prepare a budget of how much you would be spending during the trip for you and your child (include your husband if traveling with you).

I would advise that you be patient till the end of the year by which time your husband must have clocked a year at work. BTW you need a bank statement of at least 6 months. Your husband just started work in November after a year out of work ....this is just 3 months of work and salary.

You would need a constant inflow of funds in your account for six months (to show a stead flow of income) amounting to about N2Million so that based on your budget, you would have enough left to fall back to after the trip.

I and my child applied for 6months Visa in November 2018,got a denial in December 2018 .the ECO said how can I spend 26 times more of my income, as a civil servant although I submitted letter from my mutual funds but their concerns was i don't have a enough balance in my salary and other accounts i submitted .
My questions are
1) how long can i wait before i can apply for another ?because am thinking we should apply in February as a family. (Me,hubby and child)

2) Can my husband apply with us now and be the sole sponsor of the trip although he just started work in November after almost a year of out of job

3) how much can I leave in my account and how much can my husband have in his own account too?

4) do I need to get new letter and statement of account from my mutual fund,mind you the money belong to my husband and we have taken part of the money.

5) while filling the form last time I click I don't know anyone in UK which is not true. I have friends and inlaws in the UK but I didn't want to use any of them that was why I booked hotel. But I want a friend to send me letter of invitation . Can it fly?

My friend will accommodate us, which will remove the cost of hotel. Secondly I stated in my first application that I don't know anyone in UK, I don't know if it will affect next application if I submit letter of invitation!!
Hubby might not travel with us but we are thinking we should apply as family to make it fly.

I've searched my PC, unfortunately I couldn't find it anymore. Let me try and summarise what I wrote. In the invitation letter for my parents' visitor visa, I wrote that I was inviting them on holiday for xx amount of days, that they will be staying with me at my address, that I will be fully sponsoring their trip. I also mentioned the trip budget and the bank account that the money was in. I mentioned my job and the company I work for and my tier 2 visa expiry date. I wrote a bit about what my parents do for a living and that they will return back to Nigeria after their vacation to continue running their businesses.

For my partner's tier 2 dependent visa, I wrote a short cover letter stating how long we had been married and that I support his application to join me in the UK. I mentioned when we started dating and that we have attached photos and whatsapp messages to prove that our relationship is genuine. I think that was all.

Sorry I couldn't locate the exact copy. I'll try and describe it here. I created a table with 4 columns - Date, Amount, Sender and Purpose. My parents are business people so they had many large deposits coming in from their customers. I went through each bank statement and typed in all deposits that were above 150k.

One cover letter for everything traveling with you and the same with the breakdown, the same breakdown for everybody apart from the cost of flight which will be lower for the kids

The UK Immigration Health Surcharge, which had been expected to double in December 2018, increased on 8 January 2019 the Home Office has confirmed. The immigration health surcharge increased from £200 to £400 per year for many UK visa categories including the Tier 2 visa, Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sole Representative visa and Tier 1 Investor visa categories. What do we fill here. Please note that my wife and I work but we are using our private coy which has over 30m as sponsor. Both of us are the shareholders. We are budgeting 5300 GBP for the entire family of 6. We already have a board approval letter and board resolution .

You are likely to have an issue using coy's account because this is a private trip and not for your company.

You and your wife should use your individual personal account for your family holiday.

To be able to answer that question you should first of all get the cost of the trip for all 6 of you individually then use that to answer the cost question in each form.

You also need to give a brief explanation in your own application that its a family trip

I will definitely have to visit the UK soon, and this time there will be no going back till I get my ILR.

Plss can someone help me with the affordable cities to reside in the UK. In term of accommodation, friendly weather and people, transport, and buying a property.

Yes its possible but I will advice the whole family apply for 6 months just to avoid any suspicion from the ECO.

In her cover letter she can state that the exam is written twice a year outside the UK (March and November) and that would mean her waiting for months...though I must tell u they frown at the idea of u traveling to the UK for plab 1.

But she can sit for her exam in the UK after she's been granted the visa...no issue with that.
