Good evening pals,am patrick by name just graduated from unical, after all the stress we encounterd finaly my elder bro is travelling to botswana by tomorow according to the ticket they will stop at ethiopia and proceed to botswana from they the next day,am happy and sad at the same time in the sense that i will miss him so much,please any advice for him about life over they i will realy appreciate thanks and God bless.

Botswana is not much of a difference from Nigeria except if he intends to stay there until he gets their passport which will make it easier for him to travel to Europe or Canada... Like you already know Botswana is an African country close to South Africa...
And I hope he already has a job waiting for him if not guy the suffer no be here o!

I'm in SA and the one thing all of us know and agree on across Southern Africa about Botswana is that it's a NO NONSENSE COUNTRY. It's the least corrupt country in Africa according to many reports and the cops can't be bribed, so your brother better behave. It's fully democratic though so he can relax.

Vibe
It's a small population country of around 2 million people spread across a huge dry country. The capital alone has a mere 250 000 people so life can be a bit slow. But it looks nice and has many shopping brands from SA and decent local ones. The people live a good life and don't immigrate to other countries.

Dont know much about the Nigerian scene over there but the capital is close to the SA border (where theres a huge Nigerian community). Travel requires a Visa.

Why will u compare Botswana to Nigeria in the first place? that was where u bleeped.. ur first statement discouraged me from reading the rest of ur comment. You really don't know Botswana
