At the recently concluded presidential debate on corruption and development organised by the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD).

The debate was broadcasted live by channels tv during the aspirants statement however, when it got to Sowore turn it was suddenly muted from the viewers and the coverage became disoriented.

Was this a sabotage ? Or just a coincidental mistake.

Channels have also excluded Sowore from the national presidential debate on the 19th, case still court.

Apc were absent from the debate.

Apparently, you just relied on mere hear-say to put up this post. Someone I know at CDD informed me that Channels was not in charge of the audio and did not handle same. In any case:

1. Channels TV is not organizing ANY Presidential Debate. The 19th January debate is being put together by BON/NEDG is. BON comprises over 250 broadcast stations in Nigeria.

2. Save for the initial hiccup in the audio, Omoyele Sowore was heard loud and clear throughout the period of the debate. Any technical person involved in broadcast operations will know that audio failure can come up at anytime. Was it immediately rectified? Yes, it was.

See, sowore can't be more activist than Mandela, hardly did you see Mandela abusing opponents during his time. Sowore has to be political in handling issues, students activism is different. There are so many things he shouldn't be saying or repeating all the time.
