Maybe you may need to lock the apps on to the ram like ifedith said.

Yohh:
Something keeps confusing me with redmi Note 5 and redmi 6pro
From people's review, redmi 6 seems to be better overall
But when I objectively checked d spec
Redmi Note 5 has better processor, bigger screen(ie 5.9' compared to 5.84' in rn6 plus), better front camera.
Am I right pls?

Same with mine. sometimes no notification tone. sometimes no pop up. I've gone to notification setting, I've uninstalled the app, I've done factory reset. it's annoying

In ur recent screen. Click and hold the app u want to lock. 3 icons will appear, click the lock icon to lock dat app. Do this for any app u want locked to the ram.
